Summary

The seminar addresses several changes to the Ohio Sunshine Laws enacted by the Legislature at the end of the 2024 session. Included in the discussion will be new requirements for pre-filing notice to a public records mandamus actions, new charges for production of police body worn cameras and dashboard cameras, and new provisions for virtual meetings.
