Summary

This presentation will discuss mental health diagnoses, symptoms, and prevalence rates, including issues specifically relevant to the legal profession.  In addition, attendees will learn the importance of taking care of their mental health and making it a priority in their lives and work, including how it relates to ethical duties.  In addition, attendees will learn how to identify work related stressors, tips about effective coping strategies to help mitigate the effect of these stressors, and how to access resources available for treatment and prevention of mental health issues.
