In this One-Hour (1.0) General CLE Course, Amy PapeshElk + Elk Probate & Estate attorney, will cover the key differences between the judges, magistrates, and the clerical staff of the local probate courts. It will also cover the various local rules, practices and standard procedures for each county. The seminar will focus on the main areas of practice specific to filings, attorney fees, notice requirements, due dates and acceptance of electronic materials for each of these local courts.
