Summary

Mag. Steven S. Elliot and Marie Pantuso, Inventory and Accounts Clerk at Summit County Probate Court, will be presenting on the do’s and don’ts of Inventory and Accounts in the Summit County Probate Court. They will discuss what the court requires, the pitfalls and the supporting documentation required when processing inventory. They will also go over some new probate forms at the court and the requirements for the new forms.
