Current Issues in Social Security Law - From Application to Federal Court
Mike Rake, Section Co-Chair & Partner, Horenstein, Nicholson & Blumenthal LPA
Mike will address changes since the pandemic including barriers to filing and technology.  He will also discuss strategies for building evidence and documenting impairments.  Also changes to the treating physician rule and the weight of the evidence considered as well as strategies for persuasion.  Lastly, Mike will cover changes in the Federal Court procedure and the impact on Social Security Plaintiffs.
