This presentation will outline the recent legalization of sports wagering in Ohio including an overview of the statutory development, licensing requirements, and compliance considerations for the legal sports gaming market in Ohio.  Recent administrative action by the Casino Control Commission against several sportsbooks, including DraftKings, Barstool Sports, Caesars, and BetMGM will also be discussed.
