In this One-Hour(s) (1.0) General CLE Course, Prof. Martin Belsky, Professor and Dean Emeritus: University of Akron School of Law, will review the history of deference given by the Federal Courts to Administrative Agencies and how that has been changed by a series of recent decisions by the Supreme Court. He will then discuss the impact of these decisions on the day-to-day practice of lawyers who deal with administrative agencies.
