Summary

Co-Parent Coaching
Building Effective Partnerships for Parenting Success

Agenda
Amy Armstrong will discuss Co-Parent Coaching, a process designed to help court-involved parents address parenting and co-parenting challenges collaboratively. The coaching facilitates goal-setting and action planning, encouraging parents to view issues through a neutral lens without assigning blame. It provides a path forward that addresses both the logistical aspects of the case and the interpersonal dynamics between parents. Parents gain valuable education on child development and age-appropriate considerations for crafting effective parenting plans. Through coaching, parents improve communication, explore their values and needs, and develop strategies for emotional resilience and self-care.
